What variety of colors and scents do you offer?
The colors and scents of the candles are determined by our distributor partners.
My flame is flashing rapidly, what is wrong with my candle?
There is nothing wrong with your candle; the rapid flicker is an indicator that your battery life is coming to an end.
My flame won’t flicker like the video shows it should. What can I do?
Occasionally during the shipping process, the internal mechanism responsible for the flicker effect is jostled. You may try briskly shaking the candle to release the pendulum responsible for this motion.
Do you have votives and tea lights?
They are in our product line-up and should be introduced late 2011 or early 2012 along with tapers and outdoor lighting.
The batteries are difficult to install in my candle, is this normal?
We have redesigned the battery compartment to allow easier installation and removal of the batteries.
Can I use my candles outdoors during windy conditions?
Yes! Our candles can tolerate wind and the flame will not go out. However, as with any electronic device, you should protect the candles from severe weather and rain conditions. Rain and water may harm the circuit boards and such weather damage is not covered under warranty.
What is the candle shell made of?
The shell is composed of high quality wax. As there is no burning wick, no VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) or other potentially harmful toxins are emitted. This makes our candles a perfect solution for both the environment and those with respiratory concerns.
How long is the battery life supposed to be? Mine lasted less than 50 hours.
Our first generation candles have a battery life up to 50 hours when using the timer mode. Based on consumer feedback we have reengineered the circuit board to provide a longer battery life. Our second generation candles use D batteries and have an extended life up to 250 hours.
